  • If you paid by credit card and the issuing bank has initiated a chargeback
  • Damage or loss that occurs to goods after they are delivered to the destination you provided to your merchant (including a freight forwarder)

1. Contact Seller

Go to your order history and select the item. Discuss the issue with the seller and find a solution.

2. Apply for Refund

If you can’t come to an agreement after contacting the seller, simply raise a claim by opening a dispute within 15 days following the delivery of your order or the end of the package receipt confirmation period (as listed in your order details).

3. Get Money Back in 15 Days or less

Most sellers will return your money in 15 days or less, however; if it’s not resolved, you can email contact@onlinemarketplacevendors.com to escalate your dispute. when raising a dispute be as specify and detailed as possible and provide accurate information.

Return Policy 

Sellers that offer ‘Free Return’ service will write ‘Free Return’ (or something similar) on their item details page. With ‘Free Return’ service, you get 15 days (on top of the on-time delivery date) to decide if you want to keep or return the item for any reason, as long as they are unusedunwashed and in its original condition – complete with the original packaging, tags, etc. (see sellers polices to check if this is applicable).
